カフェイン１日1杯制限なので
１日何を飲むか悩む。
元々１日5杯位
茶やコーヒーを飲んでるので
地味に辛い。

昨日は甘くないロイヤルミルクティ
一昨日は抹茶ラテ
毎日悩み抜いて飲んでます。
