昨日のごはん。夕飯鶏手羽元とゆ...
鶏手羽元とゆで卵を
お酢と醤油とポン酢と酒で煮た

ゆで卵作って殻をむくのが大変
いつも6個むいてるけど
今回は7個
指の皮がめくれるので
あまりゆで卵の殻むきは好きではない

食後
残ったのは1個
よく食べるなぁ
手羽元ばかりになった
今夜も出す予定

手羽元ばかりだとなんだから
今日もゆで卵作って
追加で煮込むかなぁ
指痛いから
うずらの卵でも入れるかなぁ
