今日のごはん。昼わかめおにぎり

仕事して買い物して15:00過ぎに帰宅

昼食べようとしていたら
子供に今頃？？
と言われた

わかめおにぎり
冷や飯に混ぜたらパリパリだったf(^_^;
飲み物はマウントレーニアノンスイート
タピオカ黒糖ミルク

おやつに
じゃがりこbits
カレ・ド・ショコラオレンジ2枚
キットカット抹茶2個
ハッピーターンたこ焼き味2枚
でん六のロカボナッツ

結構食べたな
そのあと昼寝した

目覚めたら6時
慌てて夕飯作った
