We’re thrilled to unveil new enhancements to WebdeReserve, our powerful reservation system, designed to make managing events smoother and more flexible. Here’s what’s new:

1. Streamlined Application Cancellation Settings

Flexibility matters, and with our new application cancellation feature, you’re in control.

Now, when creating or editing an event, you can decide whether participants can cancel their reservations. If enabled, participants receive a "Cancel Registration" button in their Registration Confirmation and Reminder Emails, empowering them to manage their attendance directly.

How to Set It Up:

a) Log in and select Add Event.
b) Fill out the required fields.
c) Choose Enable or Disable under Cancellation By Participants.

d) If enabled, specify the Cancellation Deadline.
※ Deadlines align with the event’s time zone.
※ Cancellations cannot extend beyond the event’s end date/time.
e) Save your event, and you’re good to go!

2. Customizable Participant's Company Requirement Field

Better participant data means better engagement. You now have the flexibility to configure whether the Company Name is required depending only our event needs.

Required: Ensure participants provide their company name.
Optional: Make it visible but not mandatory.
Unnecessary: Hide the field entirely for a simpler form.

Important Notes:
※ Once an application is submitted, this setting cannot be modified.
※ If you adjust the field after embedding the form, remember to re-embed to maintain functionality.
