NYでは個人の花火遊びは禁止されてます。もちろん、販売も禁止です。ところが、独立記念日にあわせたかのように、毎晩、花火の音が聞こえます。パトカーの音は聞こえないので取り締まっていないと思われます。今日は独立記念日なので毎年のように近所の夜は騒がしくなるでしょう。
