NY流そうめんの作り方--日本語変

今日も暑いです。最高気温が９９度（摂氏37.2度）でした。そんな中、そうめんを作りました。さりげなく作り方を読んでいたら、日本語が読めませんでした。

日本語も変ですが、３分は茹で過ぎだと思います、２分程度で様子を見られたほうが良い食感になると思いますが・・・・

※麺の太さと種類によりますが・・・

そのほかにも、あやしげな文字が出てきますね。


ガロンやティースプンという表現も、笑いました。(笑)

1ガロンは約3.8リットルです。3では麺が「ソメソ」とになります。英語の説明のほうがたいへん分かりやすいですね。

お腹がすいていたせいか、ソーメンは美味しかったですよ。まずくはありませんでした。
