チョコレートエクレア

エクレアは　イナズマ　という意味です。雷の稲妻です。
どうしてイナズマなのか、稲妻のように早く食べる？とか　稲妻のようにフォンダンが光ってる？とか説かあるみたいです。

たったこれだけのお菓子ですが、シュー生地焼いてチョコカスタードクリーム煮て、フォンダンにチョコレートとかす。工程が多く大変です。

こんなに手間かかる割には、　イナズマなみに食べられちゃうお菓子ですね。

６月の応用のお菓子でレッスンしています。
