いちごとバニラクリームのカルディナール

本日は春の陽気です。温室育ちのチューリップですが、2月14日の23度の気温があった時に咲き始めました。

いつもありがとうございます。お菓子教室シュクレです。
春めいてきたので、みずみずしいイチゴや、ふんわりしたものを作りました。

ガルディナールシュニッテンのいちごをバニラクリームサンド。

コーヒークリームや、いちごピュレ入りのピンク色のクリーム、それもおいしいけど、フレッシュな苺の季節にはこちらがおすすめです。

シュクレの好きなお菓子のひとつです。
