全粒粉の細挽きを混ぜてみました。
色から感じる素朴感と、味わい深さが増します。

いつもありがとうございます。お菓子教室シュクレです。

毎年毎年春になると食べたくなるのは、なぜだかスコーン。
ホイップクリームとイチゴジャムで食べるのが好き。

もちろんイチゴジャムは手作りして甘さ控えめレモン多めで作ったもの。

手作りするからおいしさがプラスされます。
