イチゴを立てて背が高くなりました

この季節にぴったりな
フレジエです。
イチゴとカスタードクリーム&バタークリームをアーモンド生地でサンドしています。
生地ですが、最近はできるだけふんわり仕上げています。
以前はキメが細かい生地に作っていましたが、クリームに合うのはふんわりがいいと思うようになりました。そして小麦粉だけのスポンジでは少し物足りないのでアーモンド生地です。
