一昨日のお夜食です。 土曜日だけど学校から夜遅く帰って来る息子用に作りました。 「おにぎりだけでいいよ。」って言ってたけど、ちょっと栄養が必要かと思って。 人参とゴボウとシメジとお揚げの炊き込みご飯に、 豚肉と生姜の千切りを甘辛く煮て混ぜ込みます。 夕食は済ませてたけど、私も栄養とっちゃいました(*^▽^*)
