合格圏に入りました。しかし、あまり理解できている訳ではないと思います。全4点の模擬試験、80%取れるまで練習します。

私が購入したトレーニングコースに関しては、全4点の模擬試験、いずれも似たような設問が出ます。3点目を進めました。残りは4点目です。

模擬試験を進めながら、P3Oの意図を汲み取ろうとしています。ポートフォリオ (MoP)、プログラム (MSP)、プロジェクト (PRINCE2) を使用している組織が、それらの効果を発揮するための、適切な組織構造を学ぶ資格かと思います。P3Oの目標は、戦略への最大限の貢献だと思います。

P3O環境下における、MoP、MSP、PRINCE2の設問が含まれます。MSPとPRINCE2は学んだので、その辺の点数は取り易いです。

• Portfolio
  
  The totality of an organization's investment (or segment thereof) in the changes required to achieve its strategic objectives.


• Portfolio management
  
  A coordinated collection of strategic processes and decisions that together enable the most effective balance of organizational change and business as usual.


• Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O)
  
  The decision-enabling and support business model for all business change within an organization. This will include single or multiple physical or virtual structures, i.e. offices (permanent and/or temporary), providing a mix of central and localized functions and services, and integration with governance arrangements and the wider business such as other corporate support functions.

   • P3Oとは、Portfolio, Programme and Project Officesの略です。
   
   
   • 2021年11月、オンラインの模擬試験を購入しました。しかし同試験に規約違反があったらしく、閉鎖されてしまいました（お金は戻ってきました）。今月、別の模擬試験を購入し、これが1度目の試験結果です。ほとんど事前情報なく受験した割に、半分正解し、少し驚きました。
   
   
   • P3Oの教科書は200ページ。ITIL 4よりは厚いですが、PRINCE2やPRINCE2 Agile、MSPに比べると薄く、意外でした。ざっと目を通したところ、MoP (Management of Portfolios)、MSP、PRINCE2を組み合わせた管理手法のようです。MSPとPRINCE2は分かるので、勉強するにつれ、内容を理解できそうな気がします。
