『蔕翁雑話』（TAIOH ZATUWA）

中国の上海でEXPOが開催され、ＴＶの報道が連日なされている。
日本のオリンピック後、大阪で開催されたEXPO
歴史の流れが完全に重なって見える。
１０億人の人口を抱え、民族も多様。
政治は一党独裁。今後、日本との関係はどのようになっていくのであろう。
お隣韓国や中国の発展を眺めると、この日本の消極的な「政治」「行政」の指導力低下は何を物語っているのだろうか。
行政の指導力を発揮すべき「官僚」と称する人々の職業人としての指導力欠如は「地位」を守る事が如実に表している。
