イチゴ大福

イチゴ大福


近所のお友達から、手作りのイチゴ大福を頂きました。
今朝方、JAに行って大福の中のイチゴを買いに行って来たそうです。

イチゴのまわりは、こしあんで囲っています。
ほど良い甘さのあんと、イチゴのジューシーな甘ずっぱさが絶妙にマッチングし、フルーツの新鮮さを感じます。
表の餅の厚さも中味とバランスが良い。

とにかく、このお宅はマメマメ。
きっとこの位の事は常識、手作りなんでしょうね。
家の母が、「買った大福より美味しいね。」と言っていました。

苺大福が出ましたねぇ…。

まずはこれから食べないと…。
こちらではまだ出てません。
