今日のランチ

久々にパスタが食べた～い！
買い置きしていたアンチョビの缶を使って、アンチョビパスタを作りました。

ニンニクのみじん切りを、たっぷりのオリーブオイルで炒めます。
白しめじ と スナックえんどうのせん切り、ザク切りのキャベツをたっぷり使います。
ちぎったアンチョビを入れたら、あとはコショウとほんの少しの塩だけです。
ニンニクの香ばしさと、アンチョビの風味が何ともいえません。

母のお口に合うようにタカの爪は入れませんでしたが、きっともっと引き締まって美味しいと思うね～

なんだかいい匂いがしてきそうですね。

目で見て匂いも何となく楽しめるのがこの写真のいいところ・・・。
夜なのに食べたくなるのが玉にキズ・・・(*^^)v
