今夜は、先日に購入したリンナイ...

今夜は、先日に購入したリンナイのガスコンロで野菜のグリルを試してみました。
こちらは、万願寺トウガラシの中に、ひき肉と野菜を詰めたものにゴマをかけてグリルしました。
 こちらは専用のフライパンに、え...
こちらは専用のフライパンに、えび・玉ねぎ・パプリカ・アスパラ・ニンニクを並べて、塩コショウ・オリーブオイルだけ。
とにかく野菜が甘いのね、ニンニクもホクホク！
この加熱加減がとても良いです、やはり道具なんですね。
