わが家の菜園で採れた野菜です。
葉物しか出来ませんが、しっかり緑々しています。
何より新鮮がいい！

野菜サラダ3種類のレタスと紫ブロッコリー、茹でたら緑のブロッコリーになりました。

そしてモヤシと豚肉を入れたニラ炒め、トッピングに温泉卵を付けました。
新芽だったのでとても柔らかいニラです。
