今日の晩ごはん

GWもあとわずかになりました。
何処に行くにも大勢の人と車の渋滞、ちょっと苦手な私は
のんびりと仕事をしているありさまです。

最近ご近所さんから、わらびや筍を何度か頂き、わが家の夕食は山菜づくしです。
今日は母親の作る、生姜をいれた甘煮の筍をフライにアレンジして食べました。
これまたデリシャスな味です。

新鮮な筍は本当に美味しいです。
