今日の晩ごはん 今日の晩ごはん

今日は、ホタルイカのトマトソーススパゲティーを作ってみました。
オリーブオイルで焼いたニンニクをきかせて、シメジとパルリカと一緒に仕上げました。

そして生ハムとクリームチーズのサラダです。
ブロッコリーのスーパースプラウトと自家菜園のレタスを加えて緑いっぱいのサラダになりました。

採れたてのレタス付とは・・・。

少しですが裏庭で小さな菜園をしています。
次はトマトとキュウリですが小さな実が付いているんですよ。
