今日の晩ごはん

今夜は牡蠣の名産、日生で買った大粒の牡蠣をフライにしてみました。
肉厚でとてもクリーミーな味です。
久しぶりのカキフライ、私は5個いただきました！

私も普段あまり食べない食材です。
昨年の暮れいらいですか。
カキおこも作って食べましたよ。

牡蠣は日頃、あまり口にしないんですが、ここのは美味しいですね。
次回は日生に行ってバーベキューを味わってみたいです。
