そこから付いた名前なんでしょうね。

玉龍（タマリュウ）はリュウノヒゲ（ジャノヒゲ）から園芸用に改良された品種のようです。

葉の緑も綺麗ですがどこにこんな鮮やかな青というより紺色の色素を持っているのか不思議です。
