庭の片隅に生えている韮の白い小さい花が散り始め実が付きました。
花の割には大きな実が付くのですが種子は漢方では「韮子（きゅうし）」という胃腸薬などに用いられるとのことです。

ニンニク、ラッキョウなど独特の匂いのきついものはやはり何かあるようです。
焼きニンニクや丸ごと油揚げニンニクなど美味しいので大好物です。
