In cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Baltimore in the United States, police budgets have been cut, leading to deteriorating law and order. Seattle is unfortunately on that list as well. I won't be heading to Seattle. Two Target stores in Seattle have closed. The city's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of its citizens and businesses. Why is it failing to do so?
