どれほど大きなプロジェクトでも最初から世界を相手にサービスを開始する事はなかなかできない。 なかなかではない。絶対にできない。そこでマーケットをできるだけ小さく考える。その中で成功すれば、少しずつ広げていけばいい。これがシンクスモール。今開発を考えているシステム、最初から大きなスケールで考える事はしないで地域で遂行を考えることを考えよう。

 

Even the largest projects cannot start by serving the world from the outset. It's not just difficult; it's impossible. Therefore, it's essential to start by envisioning the market as small as possible. If successful within this limited scope, gradually expand. This is the concept of "Think Small." When contemplating the development of a system, rather than aiming for a large-scale approach from the start, consider focusing on implementation within a specific region.

 

今日のランチはパスタとオニオンとミンチを入れたスープを組み合わせたもの。味付けは出汁を使った和風のスープです。 このお箸と箸置きは以前頂いた宇和島塗りです。使わせて頂いています。

 

Today's lunch consists of a combination of pasta and soup with onions and minced meat. The seasoning is a Japanese-style soup made with dashi broth. The chopsticks and chopstick rest I'm using are from a previous gift, made with Uwajima lacquerware.

 

今歯医者に行ったら「チョコレート食べる？」と聞かれて、食べると行ったらロイスのチョコをくれた。歯医者がチョコレート・・・これって良いマーケティングかも・・・虫歯になって会社においでってか！！！

 

でも嬉しい。会社でみんなでいただきます。この歯医者さん会社から徒歩3分・・・うちの会社きっと夜お客さんなのだろう。
