◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・つくねとシャリシャリ大根とレタスのサラダ
・ジャーマンポテト
・アジの開き
・もずく酢
・白菜キムチ
・クリームシチュー
☆豆腐☆
★金麦・焼酎ハイボール・赤霧島★
金曜でしたけれど、飲み会はなく
遅めの帰宅で今日も家呑みです(~_~;

そして、体重は・・・
週一30分Runningだけで▲3kg
体重63kg台、体脂肪率13%台になりました(^_-)-☆
