気温が下がり過ごしやすい一日でした。
胃腸炎は徐々に快方に向かっています。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・茄子炒め
　（なす、人参、豚肉、ニラ、干しシイタケ）
　　＜にんにく、生姜、長ねぎ、白ゴマ、酒、醤油、黒砂糖、オリゴ糖、塩、
　干しシイタケと昆布の出汁＞
・カジキマグロの醤油漬け焼き
・もずく酢（キュウリ、タコ、酢醤油）
・野菜炒飯
・シューマイ
・キャベツのおひたし＋食べるラー油
☆豆腐☆
★クリアアサヒ・焼酎ハイボール★
