7月24日【昼の献立】
地デジ移行の日。
夕方の笑点やサザエさんを楽しみにしていて
観れなかった方もいらしたのではないでしょうか。。。
我が家も、子ども部屋のTV１台が地デジ未対応で
砂の嵐を覚悟しておりましたが、
集合住宅でケーブルTVと契約していたので
『デジアナ変換』にレスキューされました。
２０１５年までの限定サービスだそうです。
【昼の献立】
・じゃがいもの炒めもの
・ホッケの塩焼き
・きゅうりの塩もみ
・納豆ご飯
・しじみの力（永谷園インスタント）
