木曜日から出張でつくばに行ってまいりました。
つくばの朝は冷えました。

帰宅後

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・秋刀魚の刺身
・水菜のおひたし＋食べるラー油
・きんぴらごぼう
・鶏の唐揚げ
・ふかし芋
・野菜スープ
・白米＋雑穀米
☆冷奴☆
★ノンアルコールビール★休酔日-10月-18回目★
