冬晴れ。
乾燥した冬型の気圧配置になれば
東京は決まって快晴になります。
透き通った冬の空が好きです。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・ハヤシライス（白米＋雑穀米）
・一口餃子
・ごぼうスープ
・冷や奴
・福神漬
◆オールフリー◆禁酒日 12月-10回目◆
・Protein
飲み会シーズンです。
そのためにも自宅禁酒続けてます(^_-)-☆

我が家はカレーでした。

わけわからない煮物がおかずでした・・・(^_^;)
