2月13日【今日の献立】
２週間ぶりにお酒をいただきました。
生ビール２杯、芋焼酎２杯を1時間ほどで。
ちょっとあわただしい感じでした(^_^;)

～帰宅後～
◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・麻婆豆腐
・里芋の煮物
・サーモンのカマ焼き
・大根の味噌汁
・白米
◆Protein◆
食べ過ぎました(^_^;)
