今日は雲が多いようですが
行楽にはまずまずのようです。

【朝の献立】
・筍としめじと人参と豚肉と蒟蒻の煮物
・サーモン焼き
・牛蒡と昆布としめじと蒟蒻と人参の煮物
・ジャガイモとワカメの味噌汁
・白米＋雑穀米
・野沢菜
