今日の東京地方
昼前から雨になりました。
結構激しく降る時間もありました。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・肉じゃが
・海老フライ
・ところてん
・ほうれん草のおひたし＋食べるラー油
・豆腐とじめじとワカメの味噌汁
・白米＋雑穀米
・冷や奴
