今日も暑い一日でした。
7月も残り2日。

・豚しゃぶと湯むきトマトのサラダ
　＋食べるラー油
・カレイの煮付け
・ジャガイモと人参と油揚げのポトフ
・枝豆
・冷や奴
・白米

久しぶりにはいけんし安したが、はやり品数の多い豪華な食卓ですね。
