ひやぁ～、関西で肉と言えば牛肉ですので、未知なる世界の味で興味はありますが、そばに豚肉とは驚きました・・・。（苦笑）

確かに関西では牛肉ですよね。
関東では牛肉の肉そばもありますが
豚の肉そば方が多いです。
