今日は日本の陸地では46年ぶりの皆既日食でした。

しかし関東地方は戻り梅雨で雲に覆われる一日。
【今日の献立】
・茄子の揚げだし
・イカの刺身
・鶏のソテー（カレー風味）
・青梗菜のおひたし
・いんげんの胡麻和え
・ご飯
