　（合挽肉、玉ねぎ、にんじん、大根おろし、万能ねぎ）
　　＜黒コショウ、中華味の素、オリーブオイル、小麦粉、片栗粉、焼き肉のタレ、玉子（白身）＞
　　＜ぽん酢＞
・スルメイカの甘辛煮
　（するめいか）
　　＜酒、オリゴ糖、醤油、そばつゆ、コチュジャン、片栗粉＞
・枝豆
・小松菜のおひたし
・切干大根の煮物
　（切干大根、にんじん）
　　＜オリゴ糖、醤油、そばつゆ、塩、白ゴマ＞
・サラダ
　（キャベツの千切り、トマト）
　　＜ごま油、塩コンブ＞

おろしハンバーグ、美味しいですよね。

我が家も先日、しました。

「自由にケチャップでも、大根おろしとポン酢醤油でも」と言ったら、大根おろしのほうが人気がありました。(^_-)-☆
