都心は夜になってから冷たい雨が降っています。

【今日の献立】
※集合写真撮り忘れました＾＾；
（右上は昼のおにぎり（すじこ、焼き肉、しじみスープ）です）

・麻婆豆腐
　（木綿豆腐、にんじん、長ねぎ、にんいく、生姜、万能ねぎ）
　　＜麻婆豆腐の素、オイスターソース＞
・イカゲソサラダ
　（イカゲソ）＜マヨネーズ、からし、白ゴマ＞
・サーモンの刺身
　（サーモン、大葉）
・ほうれん草のおひたし
　（ほうれん草、ゆず）
・塩サバ
