北新地「感彩人」の吉田氏が作成する【モヒート】
通称「ヨシート」。

マウントゲイ・ラムを使用しているのだが、なぜか生姜風味。
「ジンジャーエール使った？」と聞くとそうではないという。
むむむ？

正解はシュガーの代わりに「冷やし飴」。
冷やし飴は、関西で古くからある飲料で、麦芽を抽出したものと水飴を湯で溶き、生姜の搾り汁を加えた飲料。
僕の言うジンジャーエールは、外れではない。

味はモヒートとしての、まとまりが良く爽やか。
楽しい！

この日、吉田氏、女性スタッフさん、レミーコアントロージャパンの営業さんが、自由飲酒党に入党されました。
XL（LL）完売、M残数僅か。　お早目に。
