モード設定「最強」
帰ってきたぜ。
事務所にも出向き、既に仕事モード。
強度レベルは「最強」。
３週間後に4000mクラスにアタックするのだが、心肺持久力運動を全くしていないのだ。
高度順応ももちろん×。
そこで、富士山を上空から拝んでみた。

4000ｍとはまたかなりの高さですが、

同じ山を以前知り合いが登ったことがあり、

そこそこ整備はされてるみたいですね。



特に問題はなさそうですよ。
