小松菜と厚揚げのたいたん。

昨日何げに
小松菜をほおっておいたので
おととい厚揚げを買っておいていて
昨日タイトルのモノを作って
食べてみた。

レンジ台に置きっぱなしにして
今日
雪が降って買い物にも出掛けず
ノンビリしていて
冷蔵庫のモノで
揚げ物をした後
レンジ台の昨日の残り物をアテに
冷酒のんでます。

タイトルのモノは
今日になってすごく私好みになっていて。

昨日これもなんか
ゴマ油少々たらしたら
なんか今日になって
実力発揮して
美味しく感じます。

冷酒とこれ
今日のあたしには
合います。

（ちなみに．．．
　私たいたん、大好きです）
