退院後初受診。
「私のカルテ」も初利用。点数が若干加算されるので、少々負担が発生するが、使ってみない事にはサロン等で説明も出来ないんで^^

わたしは整理整頓とか記録が苦手なので、こういうのを利用しないと無理だなぁ。
