ゆっくりしてってね！

二匹現る・・・・

先週末、豆腐が一丁だけあったので揚げ出し豆腐をば


　

ちょっと薄目（これで数を稼ぐ＾＾）に切り水気をとる
この間に出し汁を

出し汁
・カツオだし汁...400ml
・酒...大さじ3
・みりん...大さじ2
・塩...小さじ1
・しょうゆ...大さじ1

後は片栗粉をまぶし、ひたすら揚げる＾＾


　

器に豆腐を並べ、出し汁を
きっと美味しいだろうとo(^-^)o ﾜｸﾜｸｯしながらシャワーを浴びに

数分後、台所に戻ると衝撃の光景が・・・・


　

どうやら頭の黒いネズミが、大小二匹現れたようだ・・・・
