タメ口(ぐち)とは、言葉(ことば)の使(つか)い方(かた)の一(ひと)つで、相手(あいて)が自分(じぶん)と同等(どうとう)と判断(はんだん)したときに使(つか)う言(い)い回(まわ)しを指(さ)します。目上(めうえ)の人(ひと)や初対面(しょたいめん)の人(ひと)に話(はなし)をする場合(ばあい)、一般的(いっぱんてき)には敬語(けいご)・丁寧語(ていねいご)を使(つか)って話(はな)します。しかし、知(し)り合(あ)って長(なが)くなり、上下関係(じょうげかんけい)がない場合(ばあい)は、敬語(けいご)や丁寧語(ていねいご)を使(つか)う必要(ひつよう)はありません。

タメ()口(ぐち)は、友達口調(ともだちくちょう)と言(い)う場合(ばあい)もあります。「〜〜〜〜やったよな〜」といった言(い)い回(まわ)しもタメ口(ぐち)です。日本(にほん)には「親(した)しき仲(なか)にも礼儀(れいぎ)あり」と言(い)う言葉(ことば)があるように、タメ口(ぐち)を嫌(きら)う人(ひと)も少(すく)なくありません。特(とく)にお店(みせ)などでは、店員(てんいん)とお客(きゃく)さんがどれだけ親(した)しくても、店内(てんない)でタメ口(ぐち)を使(つか)うことは良(よ)くないと私(わたし)は思(おも)います。会社(かいしゃ)でも同(おな)じで、例(たと)え友達(ともだち)であっても社内(しゃない)で話(はな)す場合(ばあい)は、タメ口(ぐち)で話(はな)すのはおすすめできません。


Tame-Guchi

Tame-Guchi is a way of using language and refers to a phrase that you use when you judge the other person to be equal to you. When talking to superiors or people you have never met before, you generally use honorific or polite language. However, if you have known someone for a long time and there is no hierarchical relationship, you can speak without using honorific or polite language.

The phrase "~~~~Yattayona~" is also using a Tame-Guchi tone. There is a saying in Japan, "even close friends have manners.” Some people do not like to talk in a Tame-Guchi way of speaking. I believe that it is not a good idea to use a Tame-Guchi way of speaking in a store, no matter how close the clerk and the customer are. The same goes for other companies as well.
