PROXY SERVER FAILED AGAIN!!!

Second attempt to try PROXY server to wrap all out email servers from external IPs failed. PROXY makes connections so slow that email are not being copied to subfolders on the IMAP server.

Eat your own dog food.
This test was attempted on the PSPINC email server.
