Apple Aperture Problem Turn off PhotoS... Turn off PhotoSteam … After you go through series of questions, you can turn of the PhotoStream. After you successfully turned off PhotoStream, you turn it on again. That should do the trick.
There are some folders on Apple Aperture program that keep coming back after you delete them. In my case it is an August folder which there is no picture in it keeps coming back after I delete it. I did some research and I think I found the cause and cure.

The cause was PhotoStream who is no longer really supported by Apple was replaced by Photos. You need to go to Aperture's preference and go to PhotoStream and turn it off the turn it on again. That seems to reset PhotoStream and cure the problem.
