アメリカからでも日本国内で飲水の配送の注文はできますか？
COSTCO AMEX で支払います。
できれば被災地の市役所などに配送をお願いしたいのですが可能ですか？
I live in Bellevue, Washington and I am a member of COSTCO since 1986.
I would like to order COSTCO water to be delivered to city halls at earthquake hit areas.
I can pay with may COSTCO AMEX card. Please let me know.
I am sure COSTCO is doing something already but I would like to help.

Unfortunately we are not able to delivering water to the place.
