Firstly, they surveyed the market and determined the appropriate lease rate and terms for the available space. They then produced a marketing brochure that highlighted the property and the available space. They marketed the space through online subscription services such as CBA, CoStar, and Loopnet, as well as directly to the Puget Sound brokerage community. They also conducted tours for prospective tenants, vetted and qualified potential tenants, and coordinated all the necessary documentation from lease proposals to fully executed lease agreements.
I did not witness all the work that they did behind the scenes, but they were exceptionally good at what they did. If you are a property owner looking to lease out some space, I highly recommend contacting them.
