The Solid State Disk (SSD) I installed on my friend's computer is failed. The unit is very unstable and need to be replaced. This is the first SSD problem I encountered. As the price goes down, the quality seems to go down as well.

Users are smart, they know what you are up to. It is even worse if you say FREE and later people found out it is FREE for the basic service which has no value any way. You should use Social Media to lear what customers want. If you get lots of "Like" or "Tweet" or "Reply", that is the topic you should focus.
