Can We Expect Different Results by Repeating the Same Actions?
In both business and life, it’s natural to want things to improve. However, as the saying goes, "progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything," if we want to make improvements, we must make active steps to make that happen. Simply repeating the same actions will not lead to new, desired results.

Without this, their success may fade over time, and risk losing their competitive edge. In today’s rapidly changing society, the ability to continuously adapt is crucial. Every aspect of our environment, from technological advancements to shifting customer needs and market trends, is constantly evolving.
So, what specifically should we change, and how should we go about it? The first step in finding the answer is to thoroughly understand your current situation. It’s also essential to identify the gap between our current state and the goals we want to achieve, or the needs of our customers. This gap identifies where change is necessary, and where to focus.
For example, we can incorporate customer feedback to improve products and services, review and streamline business processes to increase efficiency, or adopt new technologies to enhance competitiveness. However, the most important thing is not just to change for the sake of change but to have a clear purpose behind it. When the purpose is clear, the change becomes truly valuable and serves as a driving force for the growth of the entire organization.
As business leaders, it is our responsibility to constantly reassess the current situation, identify necessary changes, and take bold action. I encourage you to be mindful of the "things that need to change" in your daily work and make a conscious effort to implement those changes.
