What did you say?

When you watch a commercial, you do understand it is to promote a product or idea. When the government announces something, you know the Governemnt is to feed an idea to direct your thinking. Sometime it is called propaganda.

When news media report something, you take it as a fact. You do not believe media has an agenda. But media is used by the government for the purpose of propaganda. How about school. You think everything you learned in the school is true and proven fact.

Are they?

If you teach at the school of something by the direction of the Governemnt, isn't that a part of propaganda?

What is a fact and what is an opinion?
Who decides whether it is fact or not?
You need to doubt everything you hear just because it makes you feel comfortable.
If you really care about the truth rather than an opinion, you need to research it yourself.
You need to learn to be open minded.

Differences between SaaS and conventional system development

We at Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. are a software development company. Needless to say, if you have a system that you need, we will take your order and develop it. We have done and will continue to do, what is commonly called contract development. However, we have a different face as a development company. That is SaaS (Software as a Service) system development, which I will talk about here.

Let me explain SaaS in simple terms. Before the Internet, and even still today, customers develop systems for their customers according to their needs. This is a system that is developed in a B2B (business-to-business) relationship, and the system that is created becomes the property of the customer.

SaaS is not a delivery mechanism. We work with you to build the system and you resell it as a service, so we own the system itself. In return, the customer can develop the system at a very low cost or free of charge.

If the system sells, we share the profits with our customers (called partners). We, as a technology company, focus on the development and operation of the system, while the partners focus on sales and marketing. This is how the system works that we create with our partners.

If you have an idea for an Internet-based service, why don't you talk to me? We may be able to work together as partners.

This is 1959 Rikuo Motorcycle from Japan.

If you think this is another knock off of Harlet Davidson in Japan, you would be wrong. Because this motorcycle was manufactured under the license fro Harley Davidson itself after the war.

I would like to start the new generation of Rikuo Motorcycle in Japan. Do you know if anyone has a name Rikuo (陸王) Motorcycle registered in Japan? How about in the US?

I trued to use the new set of clubs I purchased. I played with it yesterday and found that it is not possible to play with it. I bought them because I wanted to pay blade irons ... Not a smart idea.

Golf Club at Aldarra

I play 18 holes today ... I did not know I am this bad. Every shot went somewhere short and wrong direction. Putting was as bad as the shots. But it was beautiful day and I enjoy the out door.

I played alone today. I did nit want one to see it.

Beginning of the end of ...

I took my second dose of Covid-19 Vaccine on May 1. That means, it has been 14 days. I am as immune as I can get. I will start my golfing tomorrow. The good course send me a mail saying that. they will not longer need masks even inside if you are fully vaccinated.

I really hope this is the beginning of the end of this stupid Covid-19.
